What we process

When you select “Judge it,” we process the text you submit to generate a result. Please leave out names, addresses, phone numbers, and intimate details about other people. Your text may contain personal data if you choose to include it.

If you rate a result, we store your vote, the verdict, and the scores in private storage. We do not store your story with that vote or add an account or user ID.

Why we process it

We process your story to provide the result you request. The intended legal basis is providing that service. We use votes without user identifiers to check and improve result quality. The app does not make decisions with legal effects about you.

Providers and retention

Your story goes to an AI model provided by TypeSafe AI through Vercel AI Gateway. Vercel hosts the app and private vote storage. We do not keep a copy of your story after responding. Providers may retain records under their policies and the account settings. Zero Data Retention is not enabled on the Hobby plan.

TypeSafe AI says in its privacy policy that data may be processed in the United States.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection by contacting contact@isredflag.lol. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). Because votes have no user identifier, we may be unable to link a specific vote to you.
